I was just wondering how much water you drink on a daily basis?
At the moment I am drinking between 4 and 5 litres per day. It's a real struggle for me to get that much down because after a while i'm just not thirsty anymore! I am doing this as ordered by my doctor to help my sick kidney. I really don't find it easy drinking this much.

Wow PCC, that is a lot. Do you think it's helping though - can you notice a difference?
I try to drink 2 litres a day but often don't manage that. I'm not in a routine where I drink lots of water; I really have to remind myself to re-fill the glass.

The only difference I am noticing Raspberry is that I need to pee very very often! Very annoying when I wake up 5 times during the night needing to pee:chuckle: !!

Usually no water at all.:shockedhair:
I drink one cup of tea, one cup of coffee and one glass of pineapple juice each day. Sometimes a glass of water before bed if I've had a wine. Humans drink more water than they need in general. I have pretty clear skin now, and just cannot bring myself to drink more water than I feel I need (depending on if I'm thirsty or not).
I'm sure it's not doing me any harm.......

Sometimes that happens to me and i dont drink close to that amount of water!!
Trying to drink more - i would drink less than one 500ml bottle a day which i know is really bad. Just started going to the gym so trying to get nice and healthy for my wedding.

PCC are you allowed to drink those flavoured waters, like Mizone and Pump for example? They are much easier to drink, but not sure if the flavour removes the benefits of natural water?

I drink at least three litres, plus a few glasses of diet cordial. I drink quite a bit of coffee though, so I'm aware of the need to keep my water intake up. Like you, PCC, I pee constantly - it's really very annoying. Better than dehydration though, I guess!

Coffee is a diuretic, so will make you pee more.
Some days i can get through up to 2 litres other days im struggling with my 750ml water bottle. I think its because its getting cold so i try and drink more herbal tea or add lemon to my water.

Lots! I probably drink about three litres a day, I went through a slack period recently where I was hardly drinking much at all, and I wonder if that contributed to my really bad skin I was having? Anyway, I'm drinking a lot more now, and my skin is much better. I feel better all round actually. Though I find it hard to drink a lot of water in the colder months, so I'm not sure I'm gunna keep this up once Winter hits  .
I don't know exactly how many litres it would be... but I drink between 3 and 8 glasses a day, depending of my thirst factor for the day.

Monday to Friday I drink about 2.5L of water... which includes tea, juice etc...
I feel I need to drink quite a bit of water at work as the a/c is very dehydrating...
On the weekends I'm a bit more slack... :ashamed:

I drink 2-3Lt every day. More if I'm working out because I sweat more. I never go anywhere without my 1lt water bottle and I stress out if I don't have it with me!! I have 2 teas in the morning and the rest of the day its just water.

Normally 2L a day - not including what I drink when I exercise which is around 1L at least.
Also doesn't include tea/coffee water.
I get headaches when I haven't had enough water so that's always an indication that I need some! :p

When I moved to Scotland, I kept noticing that I got these horrific headaches! About a month after th move I realised that I had been forgetting to drink water as the person i lived with had a constant supply of Diet Coke. As soon as I started drinking water again, the head aches stopped! I ahve never gone watre free since

yeah doesn't your brain shrink or something when you're dehydrated?? probably causing the headaches.
ewwwwwwwww, what a disturbing thought:vomit:

I keep one of those 1.5 litre water bottles at my desk and I find if it's there I will drink from it without having to think about it. I get through at least two of those a day, so that's 3 litres. It's good having the bigger bottle.

Me too! Trying to drink more - but I never used to drink water at all so this is a vast improvement

Yeah I tend to get headaches when I'm out shopping on the weekend - cause I forget to drink water and normally stop for coffee or tea instead (as it's always so damn cold in the shops!)

Hmmm i think i drink about 2 ltres sometimes up to 3 litres depending. But yeah it does make u go pee heaps! everywhere i go i always need to know that there is a toilet nearby. hahaha

Like Melissa9419 I only have a glass a day! Usually too busy running around but have never had that thirsty feeling.
Starting new job on Monday where I will have my own desk so more of an effort to drink a little more - though dont want to create a bad impression by running off the loo all the time!:p

I'm a bit of a water freak and drink a minimum of 2 litres per day. It is so good for your metabolism and skin.
On the days that I run I consume an extra 2 litres. Having said that, unless you are excersing vigorously, you must be careful not to overdo it.:redcheeks:

I'd say it's also a DAMN good excuse - one that down the track I will no doubt use instead of "I had a blonde moment!!:chuckle: :chuckle: "
