I happened to be in Myer yesterday and the girl was unpacking the new winter stock! I couldnt keep my hands off it, almost all of their designs, I think, are gorgeous! Very sixties inspired, which I quite like (better than the eighties!!! Ra-ra skirts and elastic belts just DO NOT say feminine or attractive to me anymore...I wore that outfit to my first blue-light disco MANY years ago....:o ) Bell sleeves and knee length dresses and skirts.:drunk:
Anyway, I spent a good deal of money, and ALOT more than I did at the Stella sales this week.
I purchased a beautiful winter 3/4 coat, black with white checks through it. I also purchased a gorgeous little black sixties style dress, with a U neckline, and a pair of boring black work pants (which happen to fit perfectly...GOLD!!).
I am going back to buy another coat (either the cream one on their website, or a shorter style coat - checked or plain black). Possibly also ALOT more.
You can check out their more way out designs at www. cue. cc.

Sounds gorgeous dude, must go in and check it out. Most of my work stuff comes from Cue, love their dresses and coats in particular. Plus they have smaller sizes for midgets such as myself.

I agree, tim tam- I love their skirts- simple designs but the quality of fabric is amazing. I bought a pencil skirt the other day with a skinny black belt and although the design is classic/simple, the fabric (a wool blend I think) feels so niceto touch and it has a silky lining which feels amazing on my skin!
I also bought a bright blue/violet blouse with a small ruffle down the front. I love Cue because their clothes seem to fit my body perfectly.
I also saw a black velour pinnafore-style dress but it looks more 20s than 60s. It has a ribbon sash at the waist- very funky but at over $200 I may have to save up a few more pay cheques first!

I love Cue, it's great for petite girls like myself - their size 6's are actual size 6's and not vanity size.

Hence why I can barely fit into their clothes!! :chuckle: :chuckle: I'm a 14 which translates to a medium in most shops but I can barely fit into anything from Cue!

I love CUE because for some reason I'm a size smaller in their clothes than most other brands. Usually I'm a size 10 top - in CUE I'm a size 8. Love it! Lol.

Try Veronica Maine (spelling?) Ozkat.... they normally have the same/similar styles to Cue but the sizing is more generous... and I find much more comfy too! :p

Yes, that's what I think too- the sizes are very generous. Perhaps it draws more people in- they feel good fitting into a smaller size.
I love their skirts- I think I have said this before, but I find the fabrics luxurious- even simple blacks- and the cut and fit extremely high-quality.
