OK so we hear alot about bad service, pushy Sales Assistants and uninformed staff, but what about all the good ones? There are many SAs who are passionate about their work making them very good at what they do. Sometimes we are lucky enough to cross paths with them, most of the time it will result in a sale. They listen to your actual needs & recommend the appropriate items, not necessarily the most expensive ones.

Lets reward them by spreading the word & sending them some extra Biz.

I nominate
The Clarins Girl in Harrison's Pharmacy, Castle Hill NSW. She gives me samples of products I am interested in & 10% off all my Clarins. She also giftwrapped gifts I bought.
Kelly, from Ultraceuticals in DJs Castle Hill. Helpful, imformative even gave me her direct line in case I had further questions. Also rec samples.
Today I got some curl booster from Hairhouse Warehouse, Blacktown NSW. All 3 staff were helpful & were so confident that I would love the product they sold me (Tigi Curls Rock) that they said they would offer a credit if I didn't like it! They also gave me a loyalty card for 10% off all my following purchases & some samples.
Adore the whole Adore team of course! More helpful than you could ask for, samples, flexability and who wouldn't love the SA who finishes the sale with chocolates!!! :hearts:

Good idea! I'm going on a hunt for some new foundation today so if I find an exceptional sales assistant I will be sure to report back.

Let us know if this goes well! I'm forever on the hunt for good products for curly hair.

I would like to use this thread to report excellent service from Kristine at the La Mer counter in David Jones, Melbourne. I actually contacted her by phone to ask some questions (surprise surprise) about the La Mer creme (city just a bit to far away to "pop" into to do these things sometimes). Kristine was really helpful and spent a good deal of time talking to me. She then suggested that if I couldn't get into the city to mail her a little postpak thing and she would send me back a sample (as they are not allowed to just mail them out). Not only did she send a sample of the Creme, but also a pot of the lotion, because I was worried the creme would be too heavy on my skin. What wonderful service!

You may have noticed that raspberryberret and I have been raving about the Ultraceuticals SA in the Civic David Jones. When I went there to buy my Ultraceuticals Ultra Active Mineral Colour she was very helpful, enthusicastic and friendly. I had heard that it was 'good' but I didn't really know why and she explained this clearly. She was very approachable and it seemed that had quite a good sense of humor as we chatted while applying some of the foundation on my skin. I've also had other people comment on how nice she was, without me bringing it up. So, big thumbs up to her!

Can't add much more to this except to say SECONDED - you rock Ultraceuticals SA! I'm going back in this weekend to thank you!
