If you were only able to use one (yes only one) skincare brand what would it be and why?

Oh Come on!!!! That is too hard! :shakehead:
Who uses one brand for everything anyway, we are all beauty flossies, brand promiscious!

PCC you of all people proposing such a question surprises me!

I would need to research a Brand that is ethical with appropriate variety, has consistant quality across the range providing results.

Oh come on back at you! It's not that hard! What is your favourite brand!!!!

Am I the only one who can answer this?

Dermalogica hands down for me! If some people on this forum are skin care floosies I must be a real ........... (well I'll leave what i'm thinking to your imagination)! Lol

Oh PCC! What stress! Only one brand? Then it would have to be Alpha H. I think there are gaps in most ranges (Alpha H no exception - not big on their moisturisers) but overall with the amount of products I use that have their label it would have to be them!

You always ask the tough questions!

Gah!

Ok, ok its....Clinique...

A bit boring I know - but for me, it's so reliable! If I could choose a second it'd be Dermalogica.

PCC you should do a similar thread for makeup. That'd be even harder!

Thank you Luisa! There that wasn't so hard no was it. No one said you couldn't change your mind each day!

There's no way I could do a thread for makeup. If I am a skin care floosy I would hate to see what I would be called with my make-up collection! Lets just say my bathroom would be classified a brothel! Lol

I can't say. I think that when I finally get these Dermalogica products I have meant to buy for ages that Dermalogica will become my favourite.

Ooooh Celestefay I can't tell you how excited I am that Adore now stock Dermalogica (I have already made an order)! Do try out the products you have been meaning to try. It is such a beautiful brand. If you want any info on any of the products just say the word as I have used most of them. Dermalogica also have little product booklets out that include info about each product. I wonder if Adore might have some of these?

Ultraceuticals has replaced Clinique as my number one (a formerly unthinkable prospect). Am a total, desperate convert. Have been raving about U/C products across a few threads so won't bore you again. Except to say: LOVE. IT.

Now I never thought I would ever hear myself say this but I think I have a new favourite band. This is not to say that I am still not a Dermalogica devotee but my new affair or threesome seems to be with Aplha-H, Ultraceuticals and Mario Badescu.

Sorry I can't choose between the three but I just love that these products are more active and I seem to be getting unbelievable results from them!

Fav skin care product atm: Danne M King, love the facials too!

Tried Dermalogica for a bit but it didnt quite give me the results I needed, maybe cos my skin was in bad shape and I was hoping for miracles.

Environ. They have a product for just about every skincare concern, they are all full of potent active ingredients with varied amounts for whatever state your skin at, and treat wrinkles and acne really, really well. Totally transformed my skin from full of breakouts to crystal clear, can't rave enough about them!

ive had very much of a revalation.

high end brand = dr hauschka - although i don't have any products from this range at the moment, undoubtedly this is a fantabulous range that i am so pleased that i discovered a few years back, my skin isn't quite the same when i don't use it, i say they rock!

conservative brand = lush - ive had an on/off relationship 2 yrs maybe mostly body/hair care but discovered skincare- very pleased thus far. why need to shop anywhere else when you can shop with lush.

i decided i don't really have a favourite makeup brand.... i looked at what i had mostly gwp and theyre clinique products - so i guess i like clinique and i have some tbs makeup ... but i am not in an exclusive relationship with any makeup brand! :) i guess i'm just not attracted to that type!

I love Lush products! I bought some a few years ago from a Melb and Qld shop and loved them. Finally they're opening a shop in Adelaide!! I coulda just ordered online but anyway...

I don't have a fave brand at the mo. I've been trailing products for too many years! I really like Natural Instinct cream cleanser, I bought a diff brand cream cleanser and its not as good. I bought an Aesop face moisturiser the other day which seems to be going well. I like mineral makeup too, but can't find a good brand!

:waving: hi natural beauty, welcome to the forum, hope you have lots of fun. please be sure to share your knowledge of natural beauty especially mineral makeup, i'm not much of a makeup girl myself but I like the sound of mineral makeup, very cool indeed. I didn't personally have much success with face care products natural instinct or aesop. I did like the body products from natural instinct - espesh the shower gel! great value and no chemical nasties!
