Just wondering if anyone has ever had their hair lightened using the two step process of the total bleaching, then the colour over the top of this?

I've decided to go back to my natural colour of light brown after years of dying my hair chocolate brown, but am worried about how harsh this might be, and whether my hair will turn to frizz!

Any advice would be really helpful!

I have been every colour & done everything to my hair.
2 important things to note: get a good colourist to do this change, maybe even get a few consultations.
Keep your hair in top condition. Prepare your hair for the stress by giving it a few conditioning treatments beforehand & continue afterward as well. Try to lay off the heated styling tools like straighteners.
