I recently purchased two handcreams and a shaving cream from the Davies Gate range at Kit Cosmetics.

I purchased the Sugar Plum and Lemon Made handcreams and they are so beautiful. They are very strong smelling and very hydrating. They are described as a hand salve probably because they are so rich. I would recommend them to all of you hand cream devotees on the forum. They are around $24.95 each and are around 50 grams in weight. The tube appears small compared to some handcreams but they really will last a very long time as you only need a smidge.

I got the sugar plum shaving cream. Not only does it smell fabulous but it also heats up on your legs! I love it! It was around $40 from memory but is so worth it! I love the warm feeling!

Yesterday I went into Kit and the lovely SA gave me an exfoliation all over my hands and arms with the Warming Scrub, and then slathered on the gorgeous lemon hand cream.

I walked out smelling like lemon pie, and my arms were so damn smooth... the stuff is just to die for

Yes, I saw the Lemon Made stuff, and it's EXACTLY what my mum will love!

I have the lemon body lotion and...

Oh. My. God. I worship this stuff!

It's very creamy and rich (both in texture and scent).

Recently, I have bought the Buckwheat Buffing Soap for feet, which is a great alternative to a pumice stone or foot scrub. It does a good job, and smells real nice.

I have also recently bought the Garden Made Walnut Scrub. It comes in a plastic squeezy bottle which is real handy, but can be a bit tricky to squeeze when you're hands are wet and slippery. The scent is very.........garden-y! Not exactly the nicest smell for me, but I tend to follow with a nice smelling body wash after, so it doesn't really matter. The texture is a little finer compared to other body scrubs I've used, so it's more gentle on the skin. But it still leaves it smooth. It also lathers a bit & is much easier to rinse off compared to other body scrubs I've used.

So my first experience with Davies Gate has been quite good :)
