Hi All
I am a newbie :chuckle: and am stoked to be participating after watching for months. I've definitely been bitten by your bug Allison, am planning flying over for a weekend for a pamper :glee:. as good advice is hard to find where I am living.
First & foremost I need a good skin routine. I am 47 yrs young:clapping: I live coastal rural & am always outdoors with family activities -equestrian, soccer, surfing, when I'm not working or socialising! I have happily succumbed to facial Botox and Dermal fillers so really want to back up my investment with excellent care.:champagne:
My skin has changed constantly over the last few yearsbut my piorities are still proactiv aging.I have a tendancy to be dry to dehydrated with occassional breakouts in the 'T"zone, predominantly chin & blackheads esp on my nose:shockedhair: some pigmentation around the jawline, sometimes milia on cheekbones. I have a chronic illness which necessitates me to have immunotherapy + steroids (Prednisone) from which I take frequent breaks, also take ResV Plus (antioxident supplement) + EPO+marine fish oil. Currently have finished up a 6 month stint of CosMedix skincare & gone back to UC.
Routine is:
AM - Ultra Milk Cleanser
Ultra A Eye Serum
Ultra A Facial Tmt Cream
Protective Daily Moisturiser
Oracle Mineral Makeup
PM - Ultra Milk Cleanser
Ultra A Eye Serum
Ultra C Facial Cream
alternate Ultra Moisturiser cream
x 1 weekly mineral mask + CosMedix pure enzymes + ultra moisturiser, Sunscreen - CosMedix Reflect ( Titanium Dioxide)
wheww sorry but thought I :rolleyes:should cover everthing!! Thank you:spin:
