I treated myself to a massager today, its a Homedics one called a therapist select deluxe Shiatsu massager, I have already had a go with it on my neck, its so nice! it was a bit painful at first but I know I carry a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders due to being on a computer all day (most of the evening to due to Adore!)
I think I will call it Sven!!! :chuckle: I can demand a massage anytime :whipcrack:

I have this one Gilly! It is addictive so watch out! You can get a bit bruised if you use if for too long or really press your back into it but it is just heaven.
