Interesting article Kate. Brought back memories of my very first lipstick by Poppy King! I love the beauty industry but I never really considered how difficult it is for the smaller local companies to compete with the big international lables. Definitely going to try and buy more local products!

Thought this should be the thread to post news that Loreal has put in a bid to buy YSL to "strenthen their presence in the luxury market". They will own the world soon. At least Clarins didnt give in...yet!
