Yes PCC is a fan. They use natural ingrediants but I have not yet tried. The price puts me off a bit and the prospect of having to order thru "that" website whom royally stuffed up my last order most unapolagetically. :explode:

Hi girls :waving: This range is fairly popular in the Uk and i've tried the rose petal mask which is nice but quite awkward to use (its a bit messy to put together). The carrot butter cleanser (think thats what its called) gets some good reviews but i haven't used it so can't vouch for it. Think it is quite expensive compared to other organic brands but one thing i have tried and its lovely is one of their candles. Really fab scent but again expensive. Lovely if you have the dosh to treat yourslef..

in one of the latest mag's I have here at home, they had a big write up about their rose products - the beauty editor compared the organic pharmacy to dr hauschka.

Think they have similar ethics alright - but Dr Hauschka's ingredients are bio-dynamically grown. I'm not sure that The Organic Pharmacy is, although think the ingredients are all organic. I haven't tried much of the organic pharmacy stuff but personally i would go for Dr Hauschka as it seems to agree with my skin so far. But its down to trial and error - organic pharmacy have an extensive range of products and gets very good reviews in the UK and Ireland..

Dr Hauschka is the best out of all high quality biodynamically organic skincare, very few people would disagree, it is a wonderful range, as such although the organic pharmacy appear to have some tempting products to try Im pretty sure I'd just stick to dr hauschka. the organic pharmacy is so expensive here in NZ and doubt it would be in Australia too! ... Sometimes I have to wonder how these companies can put a high price tag on such products - however I have caved and bought on the odd occassion several dr hauschka products or products from the REN range... these are a total indulgence, be absolutely worth it... I like to let myself buy a couple of these things each year... even if its just a lip balm or hand cream ;)

I know what you mean about these ranges being so pricey - it is a shame that they are not more affordable for people to use. My thoughts on that are that alot of the time companies/organisations that are truly ethical have costs that include paying their employees adequate wages. I'm thinking that Dr Hauschka probably have a number of people working for them, for example, even down to the people who pcik the herbs and plants for the products and need to be paid adequately. Products that are often incredibly cheap often mean that money is being saved somewhere and i wonder does this mean factory employees? I know there is quite a fair trade push here in Europe at the moment as a lot of cheap clothes are being sold by big companies that are actually made by people who make so little money in atrocious conditions. God i'm very serious today  but thats just my take on it..

organic & ethical will always push the price up just like with food , it is the big companies with cheap ingredients that piss me off with their prices

Anyone tried this line? I like their heavy glass bottles and jars...and the ingredient listings sound impressive too ;) The Carrot Butter Cleanser is fabulous! I spent over $1000 on The Organic Pharmacy products & it was worth it to just find this product. I use it to dissolve my make up before I start my normal face cleansing routine & by the end it is the best clean I have ever hoped for without the stripping. You will never need a face mask again if use just the minimul amount of this mask everyday or second as your skin will just feel fabulous. I know it seems expensive at $70+ but as you apply, in minutes it melts into your skin & you know you have put too much on & then find out to use less next time. I did notice someone complaining about the Aussie website that can supply this product & I was unhappy that with the $$ I spent there was still no discount. Apparently David Jones has this product & that is where I will be buying next time. I even did the currency conversion with the UK supplier & it did work out basically the same but it also showed products not even being offered here on the Aus website if you end up loving this product.
