Hi girly :waving:

I've been thinking, I work hard to protect my face from the sun and treat it with ESTS, Vit A & C etc and I see the results but I am wondering if there is more I could be doing for my body? Naturally I protect it with SPF30 and as you may know I have a penchant for exfoliating and moisturising my body but none of those products contain actives. I have lots of freckles & moles esp on my arms, what would you reccomend to fade these?

Ta :kissing:

M, I like to use a scrub with actives in it and it is sooooo bloody hard to find one!
The L'Oeal Exfonic one has salicylic acid in in so I'm using that at the moment. But yeah, I like these scrubs more because others are nice, but they are oily and I feel it makes me greasy. So I like that scrub because it deep cleans. But I'm sooo over that one and want to find a new one.

Alpha h & MD formulations both do a b/scrub with glycolic in it but $$$$$

A glycolic scrub is a great idea. I use the MD face and body scrub because the granules are super fine so great for the face too! : http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=3881

the alpha H body zone is great too for the body: http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=377

The ultraceuticals body cream is a popular one for treatment results:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=1838
it has AHA and BHA and retinol.

Thanx Allison. I was looking at the latter 2 options. How would you say the Alpha H Body Zone compares to Microcleanse? I scrub my chest & arms with whatever is left on my hands after doing my face and the result is fantastic! :worship:
Winter would be the perfect time to do this sort of treatment, right?

Trash - I might get that L'oreal one for the Boy as he gets a few body breakouts. Can get in the supermarket yeah?

Medusa, when I bought the MB whitening mask, the SA said she put it on her arms and shoulders to fade freckles (something I don't have so I would say she was telling the truth).

Yeah I assume so. Places like Priceline as well

Wow that's interesting.
But M freckles are cute anyway!

I've used the Ultraceuticals body cream in the past and it definitely makes a difference. Must remember to get some more actually.

Both the scrubs are excellent. I tend to go for the MD as I use it on my face religiously!
