Hello,

I have just joined the forum today after reading through all the amazing info.
I need help, for the first time, with my skin.
Info: 37ys; combination skin; only occassional pimple breakout, neck, above eyebrows, around mouth. due to hormonal or stress. Nothing major & goes away after few days.
I have always had combo skin with typical oily t-zone & only slightly dry cheeks . slight fine lines under eyes only popping out now.
problem: i now live in Malaysia where the weather is constantly humid & hot 365 days a year, thus my t-zone is even more oily than normal; but not a problem. have been here for 10months with no major skin changes. 4 weeks ago went on holiday & used nivea 50+ sunscreen on face & since i have come back i have broken out on forehead with alot of blind pimples with a few white heads & now white heads are appearing around mouth area. it is crazy the amount of blind pimples on forehead. was it a reaction to nivea 50+ sunscreen??

routine: AM - nivea cleansing milk
nivea 15+ moisturiser
dermalogica treatment foundation

PM- as for AM
i only use moisturiser on my cheeks, under my eyes & neck.

previous to holiday trip my skin was always glowing & no spots.

PLEASE help me get rid og the crazy spots on forehead & whiteheads.

Hi Ruls,

well it could well have been something in the sun screen. If you have used it before and it was fine then it may not be the product. If this was the first time you used it though, it could be that something didn't agree with your skin.

Your skin may just take a short while to get back on track but I am happy to recommend a few things to help.

It sounds like you are used to a simple routine so for now I shall keep it super simple and geared toward clearing it up.

Cleanse: ultra milk cleanser:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=1826

moisturise: rejuvenating cream http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=386

follow with invisible zinc day wear SPF30+:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=3817

eye cream: ultra c cream
*start on this once a day and after two weeks you can use it both am and pm

The cleanser is not too creamy, the moisturiser will help to both clear and heal. The sunscreen is zinc based so won't irritate the skin and the eye cream is amazing when it comes to fine line prevention!

let me know how you go!

hello lady allison,

thank you for your advice & recommended products. i have read through them & they sound great. only problem is that i live in malaysia & i do not think they sell those brands. also, adore beauty does not ship to malaysia. looks like i will order to oz address then get my mum to send over to KL.

thanks again
