This trade secret has evolved out of a trial. I used the OPI Matte Nail Envy as a base coat and photographed my nails on day one to see how long they would last. Usually my nails chip after a few days but this time they lasted a week!

i have always used nail envy as a base coat , but does the matte one work better as there is no shine , so therefore it holds better ?
