Oh please, please help! My legs have permanent red dots on them which I believe are from the hair follicles which are extremely unsightly and embarrassing (I don't show my legs because of it). My sister and my mum also suffer from the same thing. I try exfoliating, moisturising with QV, doing nothing, doing everything, doing nothing again! They seem to get darker and more inflamed in air conditioning (I guess from dehydration). I used to shave quite often as a teenager but these days prefer waxing. Is there anything you can suggest to help this, or am I better off going somewhere to get them removed by laser etc.

I get the red dots too. I would suggest talking to your GP about the shaving rash. There are creams available that your Doctor could prescribe.
We aren't allowed to discuss prescription products here on the forum but I would suggest you speak to your doctor to discuss all the option available to you.

Thanks pinkcupcake. It's just gone on for so long, I didn't think there would be any prescription creams to help but I'll look into it! Cheers.

I get little red dots across my calves too, and have forever.
Calves... is that right? Makes me picture baby cows below my knees :chuckle:
Anyway... fake tanning helps. (Edit: What doesn't fake tanning help?!)

Has anyone tried using the KP duty for this? Just curious as KP (when seen on the arms) looks red from where the follicle is a bit inflamed from keratin build up....
feed back anyone... someone wanna try it and report back??

Just to clarify - KP is those red spotty things that look like hair follicles but red and raised?
I have those on my thighs, and need (ok, want) to get rid of them. I have found that exfoliating gently on a regular basis helps - and then I forget to do it :redcheeks:
