Has anyone tried any of these products? What are your verdicts?

I purchased these two as a set from Myers about a month ago. Having been in a bit of a 'green' phase recently I was going for an eye cream with natural ingredients hoping they would be better for me inside and out!

The eye serum is really smooth and refreshing, but I'm not sure if it's moisturising enough for me. I'm an 8-hours-in-front-of-the-computer kinda gal, so eye-area products is high on my list of must-have skincare. I haven't noticed any improvement from the damage caused in the week-and-a-bit without eye cream I had after my last one ran out (told you, my eye area sucks).

On the odd occasion when I'm going too fast and end up getting some in or too-close-to my eye, it really stung. Really really stung. So not impressed. I know you're not supposed to get it in your eye, but I'd prefer an eye cream/serum that didn't sting just incase you happen to be clutzy.

The makeup remover pads get a big thumbs down from me. The first morning after I'd used them to "remove" my makeup, I woke up with my Chanel Imitable on my cheeks. Didn't even bother trying them with waterproof mascara! The product the pads are moistened with just doesn't cut it for me in terms of removing eye makeup. Which is what the label says it's supposed to do. Now I just use these for a wipe over after i've used my regular makeup remover, which is one of those dual-layer ones that's slightly oily, when I've had heeeaps of makeup on and I need to cleanse really thoroughly. I'm just glad this came as a bonus and I didn't pay for them!

So no love for these two from me; I won't be buying them again.

There's another Origins reviews thread? It said the Origins sub-forum thingy in the "Product Reviews" section (where this is now) was empty, so I started this one. Sorry I'll have another look around :redcheeks:
