I discovered that after searching there werent any specific threads relating to this beautiful brand. New Zealand made, Suzanne Hall creator started her business in her kitchen in 1987. My parents grew up in the same area as she still lives in where the business is based, they said she is a persistant woman, she has overcome some harsh adversity over the years...
Back to the the products:
1. Living Nature Lipstick - this creamy texture, subtle tint of colour, moisturising lips with a lasting effect. A pleasure to use and re-apply regularly, a variety of earthy tones right through to the perfect dusty rose/pink colour that I use its called 'laughter' this colour just highlights my lips without making me look like I have used a lipstick. All I have to say, gone were the days that lipstick was for old ladies or potent in chemicals... living nature is good for you. This lipstick makes me smile.
2. Living Nature Lip Balm - I have re-purchased and used this many times. a smooth, sheer coverage when applied, very good for your lips especially with the natural manuka honey (healing properties). easy to use tube to dipense product. I've used this on long haul flights in the past - my lips were fantastic so hydrated.
3. Living Nature Hydrating Gel - this is a unique product, used instead of a toner. This gel like lotion, is amazing. Each time I use this I always think why dont I use this more often!... It is a versatile product, its soothing, calming, gentle and a perfect preparation for moisturing or if you wear plenty of makeup you could probably skip moisturing and use this like a primer - if thats the right term to use...
4. Living Nature Balancing Shampoo and Balancing Conditioner - Gentle, divine, pleasurable products to use. The shampoo like other chemical free products takes a littleto get use to, without all those bubbles, but thats ok. I used this when I had my hair coloured dark, as it was enough to use - nourishing. Now Im back to being blonde, Im not 100% if it would be moisturising enough.
5. Day Creams (before they were re-formulated) The smell was really quite fragrant, now days though they reformulated products particularly the day creams, have a lovely light texture. Very enriching to use on your skin. today I think there are 3 varieties, to be used according to what your skin condition is.
6. Living Nature Firming Eye Cream/Gel. This is texture is unusual to describe, its a little strange. Its was ok. I'd probably not re-purchase, no doubt some will love. Relatively moisturising, slight tightening affect.
