Is there one piece of makeup you seem to buy more of than any other? What makeup Item really floats your boat?

For me it has to be lipgloss. I can't walk past a beauty counter without buying a lipgloss. My irrational reasoning being that it's only lipgloss and you can never have too many. Right?:ashamed:

Secondly It would be Eye Shadow - I have so many but always seem to use the same ones.

Currently I am going through a blush phase and am right into all things Becca.

I tend to not buy Mascara too often as I have a massive collection of the little ones they give you to try or that come free with magazines.

I am not a huge foundation buyer. I usually have a few different ones to choose from at any given time but frankly I find foundation boring. The real magic happens for me when the colour starts to be applied.

Definately lipgloss, blush of all types and highlighters/illuminators. I just love them.:glee:

The one I find suits me the most, and is easy to apply is the Cargo 3 in 1 Colour Tube in Summerside. Its my perfect colour :clapping:

I'm always on the hunt for the perfect lipstick. I have too many, so I poke them - in my desk drawer, in the bathroom at work, in the car, in my hand bag, in the kitchen cupboard (with a comb in case someone knocks at the door and i need tidying up) in my tennis bag...................

I am currently in a red phase for some reason! In the past 3 weeks I have bought
2 red nail polishes
a red lip liner
2 red lipsticks
Which is alot more than I usually buy!

I am also curently having a weakness for 'neutrals' - nude nail polishes and neutral eyeshadows.

I generally have a weakness for lipglosses, nail polishes and lately blushes and eyeshadows. I am also looking for a really good mascara!

I tend to buy blush, gloss and nailpolish.

When I had dark hair yellow eyeshadow looked great guns on me. Really brightened up my whole face. Orange too!

Oh Snap me too!!!! Work frowns upon bright colours. So I use this all the time :worship:

it used to be eye shadows but is now mostly nail polish but glitter liners r making a surge ahead ATM :whistle:

obsessed at the moment with my feet and OPI products. For the first time ever, my toenails are growing in the square and straight, and not breaking (all due to Revitanail) and I am loving doing pedicures.
have bought alot of new laura mercier brushes (have noticed brushes are the key to great makeup, not the other way around).
old but still present obsession is my eyebrows, thanks to laura mercier for their new brow products, absolutely fab!!

I have used these sort of shades in the Clarins and CD ranges and I was most disappointed with the smearing.:shakehead:

Yeah pale pink. I find two THIN coats work much better for me -- one thin coat = brush strokes and one thick = doesn't dry.

My trick is to screw the brush/cap back in and roll the bottle around after doing the first hand; I find the polish on the brush dries out and goes goopy after a while and the polish goes on even messier for the second hand (since I'm using my left anyway) if I don't do that. :shockedhair:

Youngblood e/s palettes - sooo purty!

lip balm/gloss. patricualrly natural brands like living nature lipstick! ... lip balm - finding a gloss chemical free one is a challenge!... but one I love.

I have several of these Jaime. They are so much fun. If you buy some though I would highly recommend getting the Pop sparkle sauce as this locks in and seals the glitter. Without it I end up with glitter everywhere.

Very my fave lipgloss of the moment is my new Kit Lipgloss (Fully Loving It) It does have a strong peppermint thing going on and a little spicy but once I got over that I really love the gloss. It is non sticky and super glossy. Its one of those thick ones that looks like you have a lot on and makes your lips look very glassy but in fact it is very comfortable to wear. OK that sounds a bit weird :redcheeks:

I know what you mean! I have the clear one of this. I am really digging Rimmel Vinyl Gloss if you are looking for something without the minty-ness.
