Hi Everyone,

I am after a new blush that will be light enough for my pale skin.

I am 'porcelain' in most foundations and wanted a nice light pink blush... just wondering if there are any award winners I don't know about?

I was in Giorgio Armani in the David Jones makeup section and they had a beautiful one.

Benetint seems to be too 'barely there' for me, but I have a MAC blush that is way too dark pink. It's called 'Peachy keen' I think.

Please give me some suggestions, thanks!

Hi Seahorse, I am pretty Pale myself. Here are some Blushes I would Recommend:

Becca Powder Blush in Syllph - This is very pale pink with a hint of shimmer. Perfect for pale Complexions.

Becca Lip and Cheek Cream In Rosebud - This looks quite intense in the compact but it is actually quite sheer and the beauty of this is that you can use just a tiny bit for a hint of colour or you can build it up for a more intense colour.

I like to use a cream cheek colour and then a powder over the top to lock the colour in.

I am a real pink girl at heart but I also quite like experimenting with peachy tones also. Pale complexions look great with peach tones on them also.

Great recs PCC, I was just about to suggest the same things. Ultraceuticals mineral blush in Rose is also lovely on fair skins.

I was also going to recommend Becca Sylph.

I second Bourjois Rose D'or. This was the first blush I ever purchased and it's so light and lovely on pale skins. It also foolproof, I've never accidently applied too much with this one.

Ooops. I have just ordered this one from Adore, I am more medium - I hope I haven't made a mistake.

Relax Thelma, should be fine. You can build up the colour intensity easily with Becca products.

For a budget buy, I reccomend Prestige Blush in Seagrass. I am never without this one

Hi Seahorse! I'm a paleface too, I understand how hard it is to find a nice blush that doesn't go OTT.

I actually wear PeachyKeen regularly, but only a little, with lots of blending. If you like peachy-pinks, try Benefit Georgia or Bourjois Lune d'Or. This one is very pale, I need to work at it to build colour. But beautiful and goes with everything.

For pink, try Benefit Dandelion or as the other gals suggested, BECCA Sylph.

NARS blushes are also gorgeous. Nico and Deep Throat would be good colours on you, just use a light hand as they're highly pigmented (and they last ages too!).

I probably couldn't wear a blush called Deep Throat haha. I'm such a prude :(

What about Nars Orgasm? :chuckle:

I must admit i could never go to a counter and ask for "deep throat" or "orgasm" I would die of embarrassment!

Orgasm I would be comfortable with, but not Deep Throat.

Hahaha, just act innocent Toastie. She'll be like "what's all this then" and you say "what? I don't get it!! I am just a child" then bat your eyelids.
