Dear Allison,
I am getting close to needing to buy more skin products so I was wondering if you could advise me whether I am doing the best routine possible. So here goes about my skin...

I am nearly 22, during my teens I had really good skin, only the occasional spot but then after I turned 20 I had a stressful period and my skin exploded with horrible pimples mostly on my chin and lower cheek area. I went on antibiotics and also changed the pill that I'm on and had a series of facials and light peels from a beauty therapist who also put me onto Ultraceuticals. I have been using their products since then. Overall I'm happy with my skin except for my chin area that always has one or two pimples that when one goes away another appears! I also have blackheads on my chin and the area generally has blocked and congested pores.
My daily routine is:

AM:
- U/C Ultra milk cleanser
- U/C Daily Protective Moisturiser 30+
- Clinique All about eyes

PM:
- Dermalogica Precleanse
- U/C Ultra Milk cleanser
- U/C Even skintone serum
- U/C Ultra Hydrating Gel
- U/C Ultra A Eye Treatment Serum

I also have the Ultra A Treatment Serum that I use twice a week on top of Even skintone, Ultra Moisturiser cream if my skin is a bit drier in winter and Ultra clear oily and acne-prone skin gel to use on spots.

I use Clinique 7 day scrub and clarins aromatic purifying plant mask about once a week but I often find that this makes more spots by the following morning!

Sorry this post is so long, but I thought you should know my skin background before you advise! I don't really want to add too many more steps to my routine as I'm concerned that I won't have anything to graduate to in a few years time, but if you could recommend anything different to help my chin congestion then that would be great.

Hi Beauty Lover,

we can tweak that routine a bit

AM:
- U/C gentle cleansing gel:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=1821
U/C Even skintone serum (try this twice a day to help to really clear things up)
- U/C Daily Protective Moisturiser 30+
- Clinique All about eyes

PM:
- Dermalogica Precleanse
- U/C gentle cleansing gel
- U/C Even skintone serum
ultra a serum:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=1828
I know you use this occasionally but try every night to help clear.
- U/C Ultra Hydrating Gel on top if you need additional hydration
- U/C Ultra A Eye Treatment Serum (if your skin can handle it you can use this twice a day- you can layer it under your other eye cream)

apply your ultra clearing gel to the areas of break out as required.

you can be using the alpha H microcleanse to effectively exfoliate and clear three times a week:http://www.adorebeauty.com.au/adorebeauty/viewitem.asp?idproduct=3689

that should help to beef things up a bit

Thanks for the advice Allison, I will definatey try this new cleanser and start using the other products I already have a bit more. I had been wondering about trying the Alpha H glycolic mask, would that be something good for me to try?
