Better for you than soft drink? It doesn't have any artificial stuff in it and its not high in sugar! A bit of sodium never hurt anyone if you keep it in moderation.

Yeah but if you add up the sodium you'd have in a day and the sodium in caronated drinks its higher the the daily rec well and you'd be well over what you should be having.. they're both still bad. Water is the best way to go.

Good point - I only ever have S.Pellegrino occassionally - its never a daily thing.
Thats why I reckon its better for me than soft drink!
I always just drink stacks of water.

I like S.Pelligrino, especially the limonata.

Discounting hot drinks and alocoholic bevs, I only drink (still, tap) water. Nothing beats it IMO.

Re the sparkling water I adore it -and while it is of course not good for you in large amounts due to the sodium, it is eons better than softdrink which not only contains sodium, but colouring, preservatives, additives and sugar sugar sugar! So no comparison really. And if you buy the natural stuff that is really bottled at source you actually get a lot of trace elements that are really good for you.

Movie - among my favourites are 'Love, Actually', 'Romeo + Juliet', 'Little Miss Sunshine' and those varieties. I also love the Bourne trilogy.

Food - roast lamb with roast veggies, pasta, chocolate, lemon tart, babka, beautiful fluffy rice with a great curry... let's face it, if it's food, I love it.
