Just in case anyone is interested.

Ever dreamed of living the Hollywood life and having your own Fashion stylist shop with you? Now you can, with a Fashionised shopping trip with your very own stylist.

Your stylist will meet you and discuss your aims, goals and concerns, and then lead you through some of the best shopping areas in Sydney City or Eastern Suburbs. Your stylist will talk you through where to shop and help you decide what to try on, and provide an independent opinion on what looks best on you.

As this experience is designed to be enjoyable and fun, your shopping trip will be relaxed and comfortable, like shopping with a friend, with the added benefit of providing you with expert information and opinions. With no alignment to any particular store, your stylist will happily lead you to shops and clothes that best suit you, show you the latest in fashion, and provide an unbiased recommendation, with no pressure on you to make any shopping purchase.

To complete the experience, each client will receive a take-home goodie gift bag filled with free gifts, special offers and discounts from leading fashion, beauty and home ware retailers, so that you can make your shopping dollar go further! Each goodie pack, valued at more than $100.00, is available exclusively for Ticketek clients only.

Feel glamorous with your own stylist, and then feel fabulous when you next dress!

i would love to have someone do this to me as well! it'd be really good to have a professional tell me what things suit my body shape etc, i still find it difficult working out what suits me sometimes...

My best friend has done this twice, the first consultant was really average, the second consultant was AMAZING!!!! Shona (not her real name) has always lacked style and it's been a bit of a running joke about her lack of fashion sense. Well, my lord, she came to visit and looked absolutely FANTASTIC! And not just one day but every single day!!!! It cost her about $500 for the consultant to come and go through her wardrobe. The consultant got her to chuck out everything that was daggy, old, had lost its shape, or damaged. Then they went shopping together. Shona spent about $1000 on clothes and now has something for every occasion and always looks "put together" and stylish.

She's in Sydney. I'll find out the details and pass them on. It's more than I can afford and I don't feel I really need it, but if you do struggle to pick clothes that are flattering and stylish, this woman was INCREDIBLE!!!

:chuckle::chuckle: - not her real name!

Apparently Myer and David Jones have this service too. Not sure if there is a cost involved but may be worth enquiring about.

He he he. V secret squirrel I know. :chuckle:

The first consultant that Shona used was one from a shopping centre but the problem with stylists attached to stores or shopping complexes is they can't take you anywhere so you are very limited in terms of range. I'm not quite sure where Shona's second consultant took her but probably the city.
