The Sohum ones sound lovely, and you could probably get all of them for that price!!! Also, you should be able to pick up the J.Lo one (I think "Live" is the one you're thinking of - it's in a swirly coloured bottle??) fairly cheaply, it's always on sale tables. I smelled Daisy the other day and it didn't really do anything for me, it smelled very generic but still quite pleasant. It will be at a premium price for a while so maybe you could wait until it comes down in price? As for Pleasures Delight, I haven't smelled it properly so can't really give any advice - it seems lovely in the ads though! :chuckle:

I too havent had the pleasure of a Sohum experience yet. :shakehead: But I did smell the Marc Jacobs Daisy the other day and its was goooorgeous!!! and sch cute packaging too. Pleasures is a little too sweetly floral for my liking and I find that all those celebrity fragrances all start to smell the same after a while. They smell like a lolly shop to me.
Gardenia and Pink Champagne from the sohum range do smell yummo tho. :clapping: mmm I could go some pink champagne!!

Yeah I know what you mean Fussy - and Live, Pleasures Delight and Daisy are all sweet to some extent too. Maybe you could get all three Sohums and then investigate a little further to find another perfume for those times when you don't want to be super-sweet (eg look for one that is either a bit more fruity/tart or go in the opposite direction and look for one that is musky/floral/incensey). You could look at lower-end options (eg the Body Shop have gorgeous fragrances) so that you can have heaps of variety without breaking the bank!

good call Oz , i am now leaning towards the EL pleasures/d & the sohums
the perfumes in my collection atm r coco chanel ,chanel cristelle, chanel gardenia, samsara, champs elysees , so i can carry a bit of sweet , the staying power of the live was disappointing, trouble is i have left it really long in the past to buy & then never done it [did it with SJP lovely]

If you were disappointed by the staying power of J.Lo Live I would go for the EL Pleasures Delight. It has excellent staying power and is nicely sweet if you like that. I haven't tried the Sohums but I will make the assumption based on price that their staying power isn't super. Few other points though:
I don't know where you live but I wouldn't be wearing Pleasures Delight in the heat. If you have plenty of cool weather left you will get a lot of wear out of it (and by summer Live will be even cheaper, lol).
If you are totally flummoxed and think you really like all of the them quite a bit go for the nicest bottle! You will enjoy having a bottle you really adore :)
And finally if you can buy all 3 Sohums vs 1 of the others maybe you should do that. Lots of fun that way.

Teacake I agree about not wearing Pleasures Delight in the heat! I smelled it again today (a really hot day) and I actually felt a "yuck" reaction from inside me. It would have done really well with an autumn release though, I think!! It's such a warm foody fragrance - to me there is nothing "Spring" about it, despite all the flowers in Gwyneth's bicycle basket! :chuckle:
Teacake have you added anything new to your blog recently??

I smelt Daisy today and actually really liked it, it was very fresh and pretty and I loved the bottle. I also have J.Lo Live which is pretty and also is a nice bottle. Haven't got around to smelling Pleasures Delight yet but it sounds nice. Have never seen sohum, where are they stocked? Anyway, my vote is for Daisy, very pretty :)

i'm in sydney so it will start to get warm soon , well has been already , the sohums r solid perfumes , i'll have to check with PCC for lasting power , i think they were ok
i am drawn to the live but it is as sweet as the sohums so i am probably better with one of the others ,
i am so shit at decision making particularly hard things like this :chuckle::whistle:
