1/2 chopped nuts, walnuts are good
5 cups chopped raw broccali
1/2 cup sultanas
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 chopped red onion
3 tblspns vinegar
1 cup mayo , I use organic
Mix up the vinegar and mayo and everything else together and enjoy !!

You can serve this as a side dish with anything or just by itself.
