A few details about myself... I'm Dana, 18 and new to this forum, but my obsession with makeup and beauty is far from new. I've got an unhealthy love for makeup, it's almost a sickness. I'm originally a Gold Coast/Brissy girl, but I've recently moved to Sydney to be with my boyfriend. I've joined this forum obviously to share my love of makeup/beauty with people of my kind. Simply put though, I need friends in Sydney and I figured beauty activists are my fave people to meet!

I agree it isn't a sickness, but my boyfriend has been telling me this for such a long time, he's brain washed me into believing I've formed my own incurable illness. I need a dose of new makeup or beauty products weekly to keep myself sane! I am a makeup addict and I'm never going to rehab!!!! :D

Oh, most of us have had that with the men in our lives. My boys & hubby just do not get my passion for pretty makeup (which I rarely wear) or gorgeous sniffs (which I wear all the time). I just ignore them :typing:

Turns out I live in Perth now! For the time being anyway. So fill in the "Sydney" sections in my self intro with "Perth". Been here 2 weeks now and only just set up the internet. ABOUT FREAKIN TIME! I've been having serious withdrawals. I traveled through the Nullarbor to get here if anyone finds that interesting. I DON'T!!! ROAD. TRIP. OF. DEATH. DON'T DO IT! EVER.

So anyway, I am back & plan to stay.
