Is it necessary to use the AM/PM toothpastes with the GoSmile?
I was going to go for the kit to whiten my teeth, however I decided I probably won't use the touch ups. So I thought I'd buy the pieces separately.
I am wondering if the AM/PM pastes need to be used with the ampoules or could I use the Supersmile toothpaste instead? The Supersmile still has fluoride and it still polishes stains away and I'd prefer that over the flavoured AM/PMs.
So do I need the whitening ampoules and AM/PM pastes or could I get the Ampoules and the Supersmile?

HI Nymphae. I have used the ampoules before (they are great!) but have no suggestions for you when it comes to the pastes. I am not sure if Kate has started her holiday yet to give you a response.

Hi Nymphfae,

You can use the ampoules on their own for the 14 day whitening course and then use the Supersmile to maintain the colour. As long as you're using either the Go Smile or Supersmile toothpaste, it's fine. Go Smile also has maintenance ampoules.

Just revisiting an old thread... I've tried Go Smile's toothpaste for two months and unfortunately I didn't notice much difference.

I don't think it matters to use AM during the day or PM at night. They have different flavours to suit the time. For example AM paste is lemon and zesty to get you feeling refreshed. Whilst PM paste has lavender to calm and soothe you (a bit of a gimmick really).

The night one is not very nice, by bf thried it and almost thew up he thought it was so gross hehe

These aren't actually designed to whiten your teeth - you need to use the System to do that, and then the toothpastes will help to remove stains and keep them white.
