Ok so I'm a bit in the dark about this subject. I'm looking for a simple nail care routine to improve the look and condition of my nails. I only cut my nails and I'm not real happy about the way they look sooooo... any suggestions?

After trimming your nails file them neat with an emery board not a metal file.
Use a hand cream & massage it into your cuticles to keep them soft. Only push them down when they are soft. I like to do this in the shower/bath.
Gently scrub any hard skin with a pedi paddle in the shower.
If you have ridges of stains on your nails you can buff them gently.
The above also applies to feet.

If you've got no idea about what I've just said, book yourself in for a professional manicure/pedicure. You will be amazed at the results. Then once you know what to do its easy to DIY.

Get a rich, non-greasy cream and rub it into your hands several times a day, making sure to massage the nails, and cuticles.
