Went in to Borders on my lunch break (always a bad idea) and came out with...

The Departed - $9.95
Blood Diamonds - $9.95
Bourne Identity & Bourne Supremacy pack - $24.95

I wasn't even thinking of dvds, and the girl mentioned the above specials and I said I would take them and please don't tell me any more titles!!!

Also bought 3 for 2 books and got an extra one free.

Get in there!

PCC you are so funny. I am sure there are heaps more great bargains in store, but I couldn't look!!!! I was meant to go in and out to grab a quick pressie for a friend. Oh well - if it's on sale, it doesn't count - right? Right? (Bueller... Bueller..)

I love getting good DVDs for a bargain! There's something really satisfying about finally owning a movie that you really like - but I don't like paying upwards of $20 (ok ok... $10.) for them!

Double mmmmmm. Can't wait to see Bourne Take 3.

Thanks for the heads-up Celeste, and I hear you on Bueller baby! An essential for the collection. Incidentally, did you see any John Hughes specials??? I have a Sixteen Candles craving, big time.

Unfortunately, within my family and friends, there is usually someone going to Bali or other SE Asian countries every couple of months, so I have a huge collection of ripoff DVDs. :redcheeks: When they are only $1 overseas, $20 feels like an enormous con job!

Yeah I know, ethics blah blah. That's why God invented the term "grey area".

Great, thanks! I'll hightail it down there tomorrow. Might have to banish the pardner, he can't bear them (the 80s traitor that he is)
